MSCEIT® 2

Understanding a leader's impact on organizational culture (LIOC) is key to predicting how a leader may impact the performance of others within an organization.

Our proprietary LIOC process, developed by Geode Talent Insights, collects a wealth of data from strategic leadership interviews, surveys, and the MSCEIT®-2. The process is designed to identify how a leader's communication styles, protocols and management approaches may lead to the dissatisfaction and turnover of other members of the organization, or result in a healthy and productive environment.

UPRA

 

The Underperformance Risk Assessment (UPRA) is a proprietary leadership assessment tool developed by Geode Talent Insights.

 

The UPRA collects data from multuple strategic interviews, the MSCEIT®-2, and the LIOC process. All data is compiled and their risk for causing underperformance is calculated using thousands of academically studied and proven data points. This is presented with easy-to-read language and diagrams that highlight the leader's background, details of prior performance, opinions, and more..

Functional Assessment

 

The Functional Assessment is a proprietary assessment tool developed by Geode Talent Insights.

The Functional Assessment collects data from multiple strategic interviews, the MSCEIT®-2, and the LIOC process. Data is broken down into various functions of the leader's role, including Industry Expertise, Business Expertise, Leadership Expertise, Personal Expertise, Past Performance, and Character. The number of data points can vary from 60 to more than 100. Each is graded against industry standards or role expectations and color-coordinated for easy reading.
